Beautiful Scapular medal necklace adorned with a frame of petite cubic zirconia stones.  This Scapular Medal (12.0mm X 8.0mm), crafted in 14 karat solid gold, is double sided with "Our Lady of Mount Carmel" facing forward on the side with cubic zirconia frame and the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" facing on the reverse without the cubic zirconia stones.  This medal is permanently mounted on a cable chain with a length of 18 inches with a jumper ring at 16" to shorten it's length.  What does the Scapular Medal mean?
